STRUCTURE

BIIU is composed of the Managing Board, the Managing Director, external Investigation and Prosecution Officers, the Judicial Bodies, which are formed by the Tribunal (including a Legal Secretary) and the Dispute Resolution Chamber, as well as of the Nomination Division. All the persons engaged with these entities ensure an appropriate distance from IBA, and they act for BIIU as independent contractors.
